If you are looking for a set you can consider this design by Advanti - the 15th Anniversary model. It is available in Hyper black ( silver), gun metal or black.

I am buying the silver, size 18" x 8" wide.

Yes, I'm getting it for the Forte. Offset 45 mm. Tyre size is 225/40 x 18" leftover from the ex-Pug.

According to Uranus 17 x 7.5" would fit the Lynx RS, but the tyres should be 215 and the offset 42 mm. PCD is 114.3 for both cars.  Smiley

After fitting the 18" wheels to the Forte I can then fit the original Forte 17" rim/tyre combo to the Lynx RS which needs new tyres.   Smiley

There won't be a problem with the PCD and offset. The only thing doubtful is the bore of the Forte alloy rims. Hope it fits.

U can fill the gap with standard plastic bushing or custom make some aluminium ones...
18" casted rims...are they heavy?
I prefer semi-solid forged...<7kg and gunmetal finish so that dirt gets camourflaged

The 18" Sparco which I am trading in is about 9.5 kgs, but it is 7.5" wide whereas the Advanti is 8".

There sell the aluminum centre cones. I'm worried the Forte rim bore is too small to allow mounting.     Smiley

8" is too wide for the 225 tyre...

I will ask the guy to try fit first. I actually don't like 8" wide but there is no 18" x 7.5" for this design.

I may opt for 17 x 7.5" by trading in the 18" tyres also.   Smiley

Ideally 195 wide tyre should use 6" rim. So 7.5" - 235, 8" - 245.
Sometime I really wonder why after market rims are made so wide....

I fitted the rim/tyre combo. Will post pics later.

235 is the ideal width for 8" wide rims, but 225 is still OK with the tyres a wee bit narrower. The tyres did not touch the fenders. Anyhow it looks nice.

The Hyper Black (silver) is actually not silver. It is  a lighter shade of gun metal and gloss finished.   Smiley

I much prefer the OEM dimensions like 16" x 6" (Suzuki Swift Sport, Lynx RS), 17" x 7" (Kia Forte) and 18" x 7" (Mitsubishi Lancer).   Smiley

No lah. I traded four Sparco rims only. Recycled the 18" tyres from the ex-Pug.

Took back the original Forte rim/tyre combo to fix to the Lynx RS later.    Smiley

Btw, I've seen a picture on the net where the same rims were fitted on to a Golf GTi. Looks good. It means they should have a PCD to also suit a Focus. It should look good too.

A few more pics. Enjoy.   Smiley

18' x 8" wide rims with 225 x 40 series is the limit without the combo sticking out from the fenders. In fact 18" x 7.5" rim with the same tyre is even better.

The price I pay for the sporty look is a harsh ride, road noise and increase drag. Engine not enough juice. There will be a corresponding increase in fuel consumption, I'm sure.   Smiley
